Quote from PKU: If you think you can beat those guys , you can just go for
their competition. You can win the price money, become famous, plus get invited to
film ski video and earn money. There got a competition every year for the strongest
technical skier. There is not much point to say how good you are. You are a very good
skier but not the best. To prove you are the best, the competition is on March next
year. Go for it. There were some top Canadian skiers entered that competition before
to challenge themselves. It's not pointless to give it a try.

These videos by Maruyama Takao sells for around US $60.00 and the Yen is getting
stronger. You can become a ski super star there if you beat him in the competition.

I appreciate you telling me about this. I find the idea pretty interesting. Most of the
plays on my youtube videos come from Japan, that's why I put Japanese symbols in
the titles. My video with 8,000 plays or whatever is especially getting played in Japan.
The opportunities to make money doing my type of skiing in the US is pretty much zero
because I'm not an acrobat. I have seen those "technical" competitions in Japan
on youtube for a while, but I didn't know they were a big deal over there. I don't
remember saying that that I could ski "better" than those guys in that style. I think I
can ski very similarly to them. Would the prize money be enough to pay for a trip to
Japan? It seems risky that I would lose money if I didn't succeed. I hear that Japan is
rediculously expensive to travel in and I am certainly not rich. I don't know if I could
afford it at all. We usually vacation in really cheap countries... like Nicaragua this year : )

If I make the video of me skiing in different styles, I will let you know. I am definitely
tired of this argument (which again I have seen many times before), so I might take
the time to do it this year.

Here is a video that has me and olympic mogul skier Chuck Martin in it. I have seen Chuck
ski in many styles.

Chuck is in the white at 0:41. I am at 1:03 (shot repeated in slow motion). Chuck is right
after that at 1:30, then lastly at 9:37.
