PKU - Great skiing! Gunbarrel mogul run is a tough one. Big moguls on a steep terrain. I had to stop for like 20 times to take a rest when I skied that run.

不知道 MMA 開打之前是否有檢查類固醇, 但因為 MMA 是沒限制的 所以參加者都先簽了生死狀, 每次打鬥都有人受重傷被抬出去

主要健身改善體質鍛練筋力，但我遇到的這個就真的是大師級的，屬於家傳秘傳的八卦拳傳人，八卦拳是屬於殺人武術，專門針對殺人所開發出來的武術，同時也是內家拳之一，跟一般武術完全不同。一般外面看到的都是打套路(就是你說的演藝事業 好看而已) ，而這個是不打套路。我最近看完一些關於八卦拳的文章及事跡 ...

今年還是別想了，別想比較快活，最近又夢到上山滑不了雪，實在有礙身心健康。

我在懷疑我要是能三年內出得了門去滑雪，那就不錯了，主因有兩個，一個是老婆計劃後年全家去歐洲坐郵輪，這個費用就比較恐怖些 ...
