我之所以提到ams，是因為我最近不小心看到他在世窗的最新動作影片。

他已經體會到如何用上半身的力量來幫助他進行更有力量的轉彎了，雖還少了一些更好的動作，不過光用這些來練饅頭動作，也足以進步更快了，他只需要上雪場再以這新會的動作去體會如何代入在饅頭上的動作，那日後他又會再找到練對的新方向了。

如果在一般整理過的滑道，我認為下次他出門拍影片時，就會表現出來了。

至於他的新動作影片要不要貼出來看看，是他的問題，不過我想，打他的舊名字也找得到他的影片吧，只是我認為他自己也認為他還沒真正完功，但兩邊新影片以足夠說明他果然在偷練如何利用上半身的力量進行轉彎了 ...

Your timing is wrong. You exaggerate the up movement in the wrong place. You did it at the top. This causes your upper body to move up and down. This is definitely not obvious in Mr Heckelman's video. This is probably your major porblem but it is not hard to fix
