嗯，剛才我也有去看了一下，我把這句拉出來分解一下。
Always use the arm which is inside the turn and closest to the mountain
使用靠轉彎內側及山方的手臂
Always use the arm = 總是使用手臂，這句是沒有爭議的。
which = Choose which you like best. 揀你最喜歡的吧。這樣看來，後面跟前面那句是綁在一起的。
is inside the turn and closest to the mountain 這句一定是跟Always use the arm同路子。
is inside the turn = 彎的內側。目前看起來這個好像是這樣翻。
最後我是看不懂這句，closest to the mountain = 最靠近到這個山。
如果只有Always use the arm which is inside the turn，這樣我就懂，彎的內側那隻手臂。也就是左轉彎時，用的是左手去點杖。
但加上closest to the mountain，我就不懂了。因為這句有用and，代表「is inside the turn」和「closest to the mountain」是兩件事。
我剛才也去看影片跟英文重疊看看，他使用的是左手點杖進行左轉彎，也就是左彎內側那隻手。那現在就只剩下「closest to the mountain」，我在看影片的想法是使雪杖點在雪面上時的意思，也就是使雪杖點在雪面上，順勢收回，重點還有一個，在繼續轉彎時，雪杖的尖端一直都是輕觸雪面，即使雪杖尖端朝向山方時，還是輕觸雪面的。我覺得應該是指這個動作才是。
所以我才會覺得，用彎內側的手，那隻手不是在山方而是在谷方，所以大陸那邊的這句翻譯是有問題的。除非你直接忽視掉「closest to the mountain」，當作沒這句，那就單純用彎內側那隻手就好了，這樣的矛盾就不會出現了。
這也是我為什麼會看不懂，什麼叫做山方的手...
