California snow drought

Tree skiing is finally open at the Heavenly, but the snow in the trees is somewhat "manky."

It looks like the Pacific Ocean's floodgate has finally opened, Heavenly has received 10" last night and more to come tonight and tomorrow, nevertheless, powder day, bumpy trail skiing.

The California drought persists; it is the last week of winter already, but the winter never did arrive; it's a season without winter. Nevertheless, sunny sky, warm temperature, and soft snow do make up a nice spring skiing, and snowrider's group are enjoying the beautiful Tahoe skiing.

Oh, you're welcome. There are more clips with Jenny skiing, do you want to see them on youtube, or I can send you a dvd, (but that may be going to be a while)? How's the mammoth trip, did they have good snow as they described?

It will be great if you could upload them to somewhere like google drive that I can download from. I also have some photos and video clips for you in my GoPro and camera. I need time to work on them (after the tax day).

Mammoth is ... huge! Not many trees there. Very beautiful mountain view, especially the megnificant Sierra Range. The view there is totally different from that of Tahoe.
