我自己寫的呀，不過先用GOOGLE翻譯，然後再稍微修改一下。我用的都是簡單明瞭的單字句子，應該沒有什麼句子讓人看不懂吧？

google 翻譯最好多翻幾次，就是說中文翻成英文後，再拿翻出來的英文去翻成中文，然後再改中文，再翻成英文，這樣品質會比較好。

翻好後，要再送進 word 檢查一下拼音跟文法。

看這一段突然想到，他是不是鬆雪滑太多，才會搞出這種怪怪動作來？

看這一段突然想到，他是不是鬆雪滑太多，才會搞出這種怪怪動作來？

我認為跟鬆雪滑太多無關，而是在意太專注在有沒有A腳的問題，所以我覺得能練到這樣的動作出來，應該下了很大的練習量。我個人認為他的動作還不錯，雖然沒有正確傾(新影片漸有了)，就是滑得太悶了，感覺就像很「緊」那樣子。

太極跟他剛好相反，太極滑得太自我太開放了，可惜這樣爽爽的滑雖然很快意，但可惜沒正確傾，連轉彎的動作都有問題，所以他的爽滑度還是有限的，只是他不知道什麼叫做真正有技術的爽滑而已。

至於我的話，看影片多少能感受到我的動作應該是慢的，看起來是緩和的，我盡量追求優雅的動作，即使技術看起來好像不高，但為什麼就能滑出看起來如此的動作，當然我還是有缺點的，就我看來，在重心還是容易後坐外，另一個就是轉彎的幅度看起來小了一點，不過這到沒關係，我確定這兩者都已經改善了，剛才去斜坡試了一下這兩三週來所練習的新動作，覺得很棒，練到我差點不想早點回來了，反正下個月你們就能看到我真正完成的動作了，就差熟練度而已，跟開發出來的拉提收縮的那種爽度是一樣的。
