另外你說的收腳練習,我當然知道,可惜,沒練正確,幫助依然不大,而你不了解我的意思。
而你並不了解我指的影片中這個動作是什麼意思,這點我很認定,因為要是有幫助,你現在的饅頭動作就不止是這樣子而已。我是在說,之前我滑的down unweigh的動作,你看不懂,所以我可以先以直排輪演示一個你看得懂的down unweigh動作,講了你也不明白啦,反正我要是拍後,你再看不懂,就不能怪我說你真的眼力很差了。

First of all, their skiing is very so so, not really impressive for me, Second, From 04:16- 04:24, it's just like an excise of retracting the feet at the end of the turn, we did it sometimes in training and it's not hard at all. the guy also look a liitle 辛苦, at least doesn't look comfortable.
I know nothing about rollerblading but for sure it helps skiing a bit. It helps doesn't mean that it can replace on snow trainning.
Last year you already said you can ski like the demo after last year pratice on roller blade but the result is just a joke. I know you'll keep like a joke for some more years since you won't go skiing but keep boosting how good you are. Nobody can replace your position as a joke.
