早說過，重點不在雪靴也不是雪板或輪子，而是能不能在碰撞一剎那就能收縮拉提雙腳。

懂得練法的才有用，不懂的練法，我借你也沒有用，且我也不敢借你，因為真的蠻危險的，不會收縮吸收的話，會後摔也可能會被彈飛，很可能會重摔。

至於有沒有用，我覺得拿來玩也不錯，平時只要準備兩個就好了，不需要一口氣帶六個。

我覺得blake提的那踼球也很值得練練，不知要練多久才能像他那樣踼，這一天稍練練幾下，球比較不會亂飛了，看練一周能不能開始進行雙腳輪流踼。我覺得你也可以考慮練練這個，當運動也很不錯，我練個十五分鐘就滿頭大汗了。

是呀，有認識的朋友是木工，費用低廉，本來要做7塊，後來有幾個角度做起來跟想像中差太大，只好重改，重改後只剩六塊，因為做太多個無意義，費用嘛，我覺得不貴啦，跟之前在想的路障便宜太多了，又好用，平均一塊一千元。初衷本來只想做一塊給兒子玩，如果只是一塊可能就不跟我收錢了，後來想一想，就乾脆做七塊，有各種不同的斜度，拿來當饅頭拍一次下六個的感覺也不錯，但最後完成的六塊，其實我第一次拍的那最後兩片最難，有些危險，那個要是吸收不了的話，撞擊力很大，就好像突然絆到腳一樣，所以這角度還是不能給我兒子玩的，會摔傷吧？

第一次拍剛好能開車進去，就趕快開去拍，我覺得放板子前要先想好路線及擺放角度，第一次我太趕了，從出門到回家只花了一個小時。

第二次就是今天拍的，我覺得帶那兩塊斜板就可以了，騎摩托車就行了，也是來回1個小時左右，說實在的，帶太多塊一點意義都沒有，會就是會，不會就是不會囉。

如果你也想做的話，我覺得做這兩塊就夠用了，做多塊只是純炫一下感覺而已。

不過那最後一段一口氣衝六塊，真的不好衝，注意力要集中反應要能接得上才比較不會中途失敗，我也有失敗的影片，但大多數算是成功的，撞一撞也是能增加自己的反射動作的。

我把第一次拍的直線不彎所有影片集合在一起放給你看，我是覺得還蠻好用的。

重本是還好啦，你現在還用不到，如果你真的懂如何練饅頭，你就不會覺得了，有空時帶個兩片去溜溜直排輪，你就會發現你現在的說法方式是有問題的，連斜坡也很難過得了的。再說，讓小朋友練會，以後有機會出門滑雪就會下饅頭，那不是就省大了。

可以再縮短到雪場下饅頭熟腳反應的時間，換算下來可就省很多錢了。

再說，我現在這方法到雪場馬上就能實踐，這才是正確的，可惜你還看不懂我拍的這直排輪饅頭的影片，不然你就不會這麼覺得了。

不過我也很少練，今天去拍個半小時就汗流不止，看下次出門滑雪前會不會再練個四小時以上？

對了，上半身直的是你的錯覺，要是要求上半身直，又要彎膝，你會發現你完全吸收不了饅頭的撞擊反彈力，還會軟腳絆倒。

因為不會拉提收縮的人沒法練，會拉提收縮的人幹嘛這樣練？還有，到現在我看到真正會我說的拉提收縮的人也沒幾個會，不是每個會直線下饅頭的都會拉提收縮的。

而我做這板子最主要目的是要給我兒子玩的，這兩次拍片只是次要目的，讓我自己看爽的而已，我拿出來拍這兩次加起來不到1小時，我在雪場滑兩趟饅頭就抵得上了，所以我也不會真的拿來練，最多只是熟腳一下反應而已。

而我有教會我兒子拉提收縮的動作，總得要有實物給他玩，這樣他才能把我偶爾在家裏教他的動作跟實際結合，他才能慢慢理解我讓他學的那些動作是要在什麼時候用，不然他永遠都不能理解，只能當在家裏做做早操暖身運動兼賺糖果囉。

不然以後有機會去滑雪時，在饅頭上我喊半天也聽不懂我在講什麼，而拿這板子玩，我只要讓他知道在什位置要開始做拉提收縮的動作就好了，那真正在雪場上碰到時，他很快就明白我在說什麼了。

雖然我沒想把他訓練成滑雪高手，但我還是想讓他很快有能力跟我四處滑的。

前兩天看他在玩那跳板跟在家裏學會的動作結合時，他就覺得很開心很有成就感也覺得很好玩囉，這也是跟兒子有互動也是一種親子活動關係，不用想那麼多，就當是一種我能帶他玩的遊戲。

我有想過要做大一倍，可以再高一倍，但毫無意義，方法對，饅頭大小不是問題，方法不對，饅頭再小也是問題。

早說過了，想要滑好饅頭，重點就在碰撞饅頭時，雙腳是否能自主拉提收縮上來，沒辦法的話，再練更小的饅頭也沒辦法，拉不上來就是拉不上來，要是拉得上來的話，再大的饅頭也一樣拉得上來，更不會是問題。

放在一起沒仔細看看不懂，我將這一段剪出來看，會更清楚看到我拉提收縮做的好呀，別看這板子小小的樣子，我不可能做整顆饅頭的大小，但取一個角是可以的，這個的大小最少也是所謂的燒餅大小了，足夠用啦，而且這個碰撞更難，因為坡的長度偏陡又短，所以不會把雙腳拉上來，撞上跟絆到沒兩樣，你過饅頭也沒遇過可以瞬間阻力大到會有絆到的感覺吧？

他的腹腰的瞬間爆發力量比我強太多了，我的還太軟弱無力了，光那踼球踼了兩天，就好像腰扭到在痛一樣，蹲個廁所也不敢太用力，肌肉真的很酸痛。

我昨天在頭上加一條橫線，現在再放慢速度來看，大家就能從中發現一些問題，我失敗的動作其中有幾樣，一個是雙腳前後腳不平行時(這跟我在小叮噹拍的不平行是不一樣的)，上半身跟不上碰撞時引起在黃線上上下下稍厲害時，其中有一個就是沒吸收時，整個身體就被頂上去了，另外是晃太厲害時也會被絆倒，最後就是點杖的位置不對。

昨天看一看後想了一想，我決定在收縮上再增加一個小動作，看來要把跟之前的在融合完成時，可能又得多花個一兩小時了，不過新增加的動作可以讓動作變更漂亮，過饅頭的速度又可以更平穩更快，真的讓自己覺得進步這麼快，強得要命做什麼呀？

不過下面這最後兩個斜板有點心理障礙，之前每次過時都像被絆到腳一樣，要是能練到無聲無息過這個，那就厲害啦。

這次我隨便拍拍，大家就隨便看看好了，坦白講，心情實在鬱悶。

先說已試過了，沒好的跳台真的跳不出360度，這次在那裏看到一個小跳台，花了我大半時間試十幾趟後，最終還是放棄跳360度的想法，因為那個根本就不是一個合理的跳台，只能說看一根蘿蔔直放在那裏而已，那上衝的斜坡角度不合理，就像我那木製斜板一樣，沒有緩衝區，我有試過從下面直衝到那斜坡衝衝看，但像撞到牆一樣，無法拋飛，用全制動剎下來慢慢衝上去，結果也是一樣，最後發現它的不平，反正就是像蘿蔔的凸起物而已，後來試平地跳跳看，想不到雪板卡到，最多180度而已，用旁邊的凸坡也是斜的不理想，所以不想受傷下還是當個膽小鬼的好。

其他的我只練幾趟就拍了，也沒什麼好拍的，只是看新完善的動作有沒有做到而已，重點做到就好了，其他就隨便了，先天不良，爬坡還是覺得很累，想到明年出門滑雪的機率又接近於零，心情就很不好，都不能出門滑雪還練什麼？最近也不太想減肥，嘴饞的讓身材有點向橫的發展，空有新完成下饅頭的動作卻不能出門滑雪拍片，心中的鬱悶就可想而知了，所以我每個都拍個兩三趟就不拍了，前幾趟當作熟腳一下，由影片看來，動作也比半熟腳又好上很多了。

最後就是發現，我的雪杖好像太短了，有點不利我的方法做動作，下次要拍換長一點。

第一段是大彎性質，動作有到就好了。

第二段是小彎，我還是儘量把彎壓縮小一點，所以一趟大概是9~10個彎，要是改為3~6個彎的話也是可以讓壓邊壓多一點，但沒興趣，主要還是要看我的拉提動作做起來順不順而已。看起來還不錯。

第三段凸坡我只滑三趟取最後一趟，這次滑起來更輕鬆很多了，以實際下饅頭的速度來比較的話，我最多應該可以再快一倍的速度，所以這個為了滑出四個彎，我還是慢慢下就好了，下太快就只剩兩個彎，我也懶得拼六個彎，那一點意義都沒有。

第四段就是那個「假」跳台，為了讓大家清楚了解那跳台的形狀，我特地拍一段從旁邊切上去的影片。

第五段的動作是讓大家知道這個跳台的高度到大腿上緣高而已，主要是看我的拉提收縮動作而已，這「假」跳台的大小應該可以抵得上雪場上的大饅頭高度了，至少我在日本碰到最大顆的饅頭也沒它高。

所以隨便拍拍隨便看看就好囉，反正這幾天超鬱悶的，我也懶得講太多。

拍一段就要等攝影機呀，沒攝影機可跟拍，當然就拍一段一段就好了，你看一堆示範片不也是拍一段段的，你是要看我拍動作還是看從頭滑到尾，早說過如果要看從頭滑到尾，也只能自己頭帶攝影機自己滑一段拍一下囉，有一次我手拿著拍，焦距忘了調，結果晃得太厲害，你總不會要看那種影片吧？

我也不想找藉口，這幾天老婆說要等小朋友7歲才能帶出門滑雪，我就很哇勒了，別再提這事了，想到就很鬱悶。
