Since TC keep complaining we are kicking his ass. Why don't you separate him so he keep post his own thread we are not allow posting there. Of course he is not allow to post accept his own thread. Is that fair?

其實把它當作修身養性，培養邏輯思考，久而久之還很不錯的。

其實罵人還是可以不帶粗俗話，只要一路證下來，證久了，到處都是證，不但可提升技術跟思考力，還可以培養心性。

現在我都懶的回罵了，更多時候只講事實，事實的殘酷往往更讓人難受。

不需這樣，你放的片定住是已經 show 了出來，而且人是會移動，正如你講，翻一兩下便可以到側坐的姿勢，

人是可以移動，雖然跌了下來，移到側坐的姿勢也不是什麼困難，慢慢移便可以。像你做一陣子爬蟲類便行，位如果柔軟度好，腰力好，那便連手也不用也能移動到起來。很多年青小伙子可以趟著滑行，你沒理由未見過

所以你也不知道“face down spread eagle”是什麼？我才奇怪你教練當那麼久，沒見過“face down spread eagle”？當然，第一個情況就是面向下/地，沒得“坐”的；第二個情況是兩腳分開，雪板成V形，所以不能“軸轉”，也不能用腰力，你是要怎麼“移到側坐”？就不說還有可能那摔跤人還是“頭下腳上”？“趟”著跟“趴”著是兩回事。
