5 skills 5 terms is very simple

Yes you are skiing, people putting on skis sliding down the snow are skiing but most people skiing can't make nice turns. You are skiing but also can't make nice turns like most of the people

I am not average skiers , I ski at least better than 95% people on the slope
You are not average skier, you are an everyday skier but your skiing is really average

I like to enjoy the snow on the easy groom slope and ski fast on the challenging slope. Most of the time people can only ski fast on the groom don't know how to turn. Some people can't turn fast on steep will say they like to enjoy the snow longer on steep

Blah, blah, blah, that's what you little knowledge doesn't know,“沉肩收肘”is the standard practice of Chinese Kungfu. And no, "Elbows Down" locks up/restricts the "full body" movement, is not a good practice for "full body" skiing. Open arm skiing is freer and more dynamic.

"Move with the terrain"? That's the requirement of "line-skiing," question is, can you group do it in the trees,

Blah, blah, blah... more like some one cannot ski fast on trails and use "steep" to brag about their skiing abilities. But no, "bigger the terms, lesser the knowledge," steep terrain masks a lot of technical faults, so one can ski the steep doesn't really mean he or she is an expert on "technical" skiing. And that IS why you cannot ski fast on trails, you cannot hold down your edges.

Gunbarrel 明明變了 groom ，而且 Snowrider 也說你沒有帶他去 mogul , 至於樹林， Snowrider 說只有寛闊的才見你帶他去，所以他上次來到 whistler 才這麼開心，我帶他滑那麼多 challenging 的雪道。
