Our leader is not young anymore ( over 50 ) and has quite a bit of health problem,. It is very easy to 超過 他.
But we still have few younger member ski very good and they may be hard to beat since they are still young and they also can improve fast with the help of our leader.

嗯嗯，一個好的教練，也許個人技術不夠強，但知識性及方法變通性強，也是一樣能教出很厲害的學生。
說真的，我要是到他這年齡，我真的算是個軟腳蝦了。他能這樣滑饅頭真的很厲害。
Ps. 我沒有損人的意思，我只是以進步的速度來看，但我相信您們領隊動作一定會再更上一層樓的。

As Norman大師 said, his skiing is not that good. 談技術 is better to do it with 大師
He always said to learn skiing, you need to ski, not talk because a lot of technique is a feeling. For example, you feel the bump, that you flex and absorb it. If you see the bumps and try to ski there and absorb it, timing won't be right.
If you come to ski on Whistler, for sure he'll ski with you and share his experience with you.
He always said he still doesn't understand a lot in skiing so he is not qualify as a teacher.
Norman 大師 knows much more.

各位大師也太客氣了， 可能得道之人都有這得質？

That's the hard part of skiing , too much time consuming and season is short, for us maximun 6 monthes, onece a week is around 25 times a year. I think on snow skiing is less than 2 hours a day.
But Norman 大師 is an exemption, he ski one day is better than I ski 20 days

rick 滑雪真的夠難看 
看他各式drill都可以做得很好 
但是滑起雪來怎這難看
