I'm the original recording person of the few related videos and I do owned the copyright of my videos. I didn't grant you permission to re-post my video or use them publicly. When you edit my videos and re-post them publicly on YouTube, you have infringed my copyright. I didn't report to YouTube immediately but instead made a nice request to you in person asking you to remove those videos. You removed those videos promptly which I appreciate. Thanks for making the proper action.

When I repeatedly saw you making the following message and quoting my name here, I didn't understand what you mean by those 小人行為. If you think that claiming my own copyright is a 小人行為, do you mind to explain that for me?

If you aren't familiar with copyright law, you could refer to the YouTube FAQ, which clearly stated what you did is inappropriate.

早早來澄清，我可以少貼一段誤解為同一個人的文字，在此我道歉。

反之，由於這麼慢才澄清，真不知是什麼想的，Brian不是beg，說實在的，對我來講是沒差別的，我不介意，因為我一直說的就是beg的teams，誰是beg，我不知道，beg說三個都是他，我只好依他要求當作三個都是他，現在多一個拍影片的人，那果然就是4個人囉。

影片有版權問題，很好，我認同。

如果覺得不適當張貼引文也可公開告知，我也認同，這本來就是應該的理性處理。

所以從這些得證，beg的teams是個無恥小人，因為大家相互掩護，一個宣稱影片是他拍的，有版權問題，一個宣稱影片中的三個人都是他，有肖像權問題。

現在有人被污嘴了，就會跳出來澄清。

Beg宣稱他是「污嘴回污嘴」。

我在此宣稱我是用「事實回污嘴」，此討論串即澄清也得證。

Since you moved the discussion here, I will put my reply here too. I didn't need any 公開澄清 and be a nice gesture to send you a private message instead.

I believe it is very clear to you that there are 3 different persons in the videos. pku also explained and used the name beg1/beg2/beg3 to represent each of them. In most of your replies, you clearly showed that you know there are 3 different persons. If you want to play dumb and use that as an excuse as "我還覺得我比較善良呢", I'll let you be that.

I get the feeling that I'm being classified as one of "beg的teams" and you are calling us "無恥小人". Could you explain again to me what I did or behaved deserved the name "無恥小人", please? I only have two messages with you on this forum, how do you draw that conclusion?

All I could see was that the "beg3" video first appeared in this thread which CrazyBoy posted. I also saw a YouTube video posted by CrazyBoy which is a re-edit of my originals. If I don't go after CrazyBoy, who should I go after? You don't have to pointing finger and redirect people focus anymore.

I don't quite understand your "team" idea, but anyway I will still try to answer.

Physically, the day when I ski with beg, I'm one of beg's team. The day when I ski with pku, I'm one of pku's team. The day when I ski with them both, which team do I belong to?? I don't know.

In the video that you posted, I see myself inside both of the two groups. So again I don't know which group I belong to. (Also the video has filmed so many random people on the slope, how could they belong to a certain group?)

According to you, I ski with them and I automatically being assign to their group and then I got called as "無恥小人". I don't see how your statement here is valid : "我在此宣稱我是用「事實回污嘴」"

Could I also group CrazyBoy and Norman as a team? You two sounds so much alike and must have such a close relationship.
