Interesting! Thanks for sharing. I stopped wearing pole strap since my first ski injury long time ago. My shoulder dislocated, but it had nothing to do with wearing the pole strap. After the injury, I did some research and realized that wearing the pole strap could cause some other ski injuries, so I stopped wearing that. Even in the bump skiing, where the poles are so important, I still just hold the poles tight instead of wearing the strap.
