What you call “dynamic,” I call it “gun-ho,”meaning “拙力太多,” their techniques do not match the terrain, only over-powering it.
You really need to improve your Motion Analysis (MA); my “lower body” was not “frozen” but “tight,”(no legs separation, a good skill,) and as it steering the legs moving around a stable upper upper body, and with precise edge and “line”control and no hastation what so ever, I call that “dynamic,” here’s the whole run.

CSIA 認為要有效地應用關節,為高水準滑雪的必須,至於你貼的第三條片,好明顯那位人兄則面平衡出現很大問題,至於你的用詞與定義,我就一點也不明白,norman 寫:實話講,不能說他下身關節完全不動,只是動太少,及不懂吸收的方式而已。
即使下身關節完全不動,還是可以做出「正確的傾」,只要會「正確的傾」,饅頭技術就會上一大層次了。
我剛才看到兩段影片,剛好可以拿來講這個動作,我另分享一篇。

至於 Blake ,他滑比賽饅頭方法,是非常好,但能這樣滑饅頭的人很多,但他離開饅頭,或用其它方法滑頭,便不能算特出。

你喜歡用什麼字眼,不用理會我明不明白,基本上我喜歡滑雪,對滑雪技術有小許認識,像頑固老人那樣滑,覺得冇什技術可言,這點我絕對認同你的觀點。norman 寫:「有效地應用關節,為高水準滑雪的必須,」這點是非常重要,我認同。
可惜我講的「正確的傾」真的很難讓人理解,我也沒有特別好的方法說明。那三片只有第一片能看而已,下面兩片是不行的。至於你指的面平衡是指第一片的動作嗎?
至於如同Blake那樣下饅頭的影片,我們到是可以放在那討論區多貼幾個人的影片,我嚐試把「正確跟錯誤的傾」分辨看看,也許看多了,有機會看出我在說什麼。

“風阻”跟物體的“面積”和“形狀”有關係,像你們帶著雪杖,身体枝節突出,風阻更大‧而高站不只是身体運動靈活,“形狀”也簡單,所以比較起來,高站不比低站更“風阻”‧而我的高站可以側站(tangent to the curved path),“風阻”更小,~@06:55,(and hear how my student commented.)pku 寫:既然你認為我觀察錯,我也冇謂爭議。
