Looking at the difference between how the two of you ski, I think you are skiing better than Jacob, but it's not a huge difference. I don't know what kind of student Jacob is, but my guess is that it would take something like 2 or 3 good lessons to bring him up to your ability.



Whether he wants to spend the money on lessons, let you teach him, or just keep skiing the way he is now is up to him.

不過說實在的，我會建議你學一下是因為你也知道你的個人狀況問題，你沒辦法在雪場上上課，不然我也會建議你考慮夏天去澳洲滑雪上課，或許會有些幫助，有辦法去日本兩次，夏天去澳洲上課六天滑一趟應該是沒問題的吧？但你也知這個是對你沒幫助的。

不是在意，而是好奇你是根據何理而自信滿滿，如果只是你自認為自己滑出收縮釋壓，那就至少要有什麼高人或是什麼教學之類的來引證一下，或是講出個道理來聽聽，不然要是與事實剛好相反，那豈不是慘了？

萬一有人說你的動作剛好是相反的，或什麼都不是，你是要相信你自己，還是相信epicski內的人講的？總不會到時要去說你們都看不懂我的動作吧？這說法確實蠻好用的。

好吧，那你知道你自己在滑，知道自己在做什麼，但你還沒告訴我你用什麼根據判斷我的動作是伸展釋壓呢？

至於你即然不相信Epic ski，那幹嘛要去問，現在有一個中肯的建議，就是花錢去上課，或跟我學，或繼續你現在的滑雪方式，你開心就好，這也算是有一個建議你可以考慮跟我學吧？另外要是有人說我滑的才是收縮釋壓的方式，你滑的是伸展釋壓，那你是要相信你自己，還是相信說的人？這才是我問的問題。如果是這樣的結果，那你當初幹嘛去問？要人家給意見，又不採納，不覺得怪嗎？

While I understand you are both friends and I'm sure he's a nice guy, you BOTH need lessons from a professional.

Paul runs a ski school in Niseko and posts on this forum periodically. He may know of someone who would be able to help you meet your goals and be able to communicate with you.

If you're able to read English, there are several books by an author named Harald Harb (google search) that may also help you outline a progression that will help you to improve (visuals, drills, progressions and examples). You would not have to rely on audio at all to learn this approach... the only challenge may be that they are written in English.

可以歸納幾點，我倒覺得建議蠻全面的：

1. 你可以找專業指導人，看他們的意思應該是找L4級，L3級以下的都不能算是專業指導人。(Paul Lorenz有在二世谷開所學校，你可以去那裏學。)

2. 你可以看書及DVD自學，推薦Harald Harb 教學書及影片。(你看，我就說你的動作有PMTS的感覺，有人做了相同的建議‧)

3. 聊勝於無，你是個沒工具的瞎子找我這個有根拐杖的瞎子學，至少多一分保障。

4. 維持現狀，不找任何人學，你高興就好。這看起來比較像是放生，個人生死隨自己。

說實在的，對一個一年至少能滑3、50天的人，是不可能理解你、我的。如果看看你近幾年來的受傷史，也沒人會關心你的，不過哪個滑雪人不會受傷的，所以這張圖倒也能說明個貼切，放掉一個還稍微可以幫你的人，就跟那沒拐杖的瞎子一樣，你要什麼走，天知道囉。

我以為這紅句算第三點，不然他這句是指什麼？這句不是包含了1、3、4點嗎？只是大多數人都是建議你去上專業的課程，我也會這麼建議，但我認為除非你停止錯誤的觀念，不然就是Paul Lorenz親自教你也沒什麼用，當然我也好奇，如果你願意親自去找Paul Lorenz學，五年後你能進步成什麼樣？要不要考慮這條呢？
