Find a relatively flat slope

ski slowly down the slope

while doing this, move up and down

做出上下蹲起的動作
Start the turn by moving upwards

the upward motion is started by stretching out the ankles and knees
往上的移動
是由伸展膝蓋跟腳踝做出來的
Complete the turns by applying pressure on the skis with all of your weight
將你全部身體重量
施加在雪板上來結束一個轉彎
Apply more pressure on the outside or downhill ski while you are turning
在你轉彎的時候
對外側板或山下板施加較多壓力
This will help you to get a better feel for the snow and give you greater control
這讓你更能感覺到雪面狀況
也更易於控制
Match or slide the skis to parallel

Accelerate on a flat slope
